Rationale for Partnership

A one-day workshop doesn’t change a school. A cycle does.

We believe in providing an objective external review that delivers targeted instructional support and leadership coaching — rather than a one-time professional development session. Statistically, this approach yields a higher performance trend: it strengthens existing school systems, increases teacher capacity, improves alignment between curriculum, standards, instruction, and assessment, and supports improved student outcomes.

The Stand-Alone PD Model

One session. Then silence.

  • Generic, one-size-fits-all content selected before anyone looked at your data
  • No follow-up to confirm whether anything reached the classroom
  • Leaders left to translate the ideas into systems on their own
  • No evidence trail when the district asks what changed

The Next Level Partnership

Assess. Support. Follow up. Repeat.

  • Priorities identified from your achievement data, walkthroughs, and existing systems
  • Professional learning built after the assessment — plus areas of emphasis the principal requests
  • Leadership coaching through the work of implementing the system, not just naming it
  • A written deliverable from every visit — plans, toolkits, findings, and impact reports

The Next Level Process

A three-part improvement cycle
built for measurable, lasting impact

1
Assess

Name the current reality

The cycle begins with a comprehensive assessment of the school’s current instructional systems and student performance data. Findings are used to develop a focused action plan aligned to school and district priorities.

2
Support

Build capacity where it counts

The partnership then provides customized professional development based specifically on the needs identified during the initial assessment — including the areas of emphasis the principal requests.

3
Follow Up

Examine, refine, prepare

A progress review determines implementation effectiveness, identifies remaining instructional gaps, and strengthens preparation for state assessments — so the work produces real, measurable results.

The Next Level Framework™

Five components that move a school
from data to daily practice

Every partnership is built on the same disciplined sequence. Where a school enters the framework depends on the level of support it needs.

N

Name the Current Reality

Assess · Analyze · Prioritize

Establish a clear, evidence-based understanding of current performance and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for improvement.

E

Engage the Plan

Review · Align · Launch

Refine the improvement plan, align measurable goals and the implementation calendar, and build leadership ownership.

X

Examine Instruction

Observe · Measure · Refine

Determine whether the identified priorities are actually evident in classroom instruction — and what needs to change.

T

Transform Teacher Practice

Develop · Strengthen · Apply

Build teacher capacity through targeted professional learning aligned to the school’s priority areas.

L

Lead Through Instruction

Coach · Support · Sustain

Strengthen instructional leadership, review progress-monitoring evidence, and determine next steps for continued growth.

Foundation incorporates N–E–X  ·  Accelerator incorporates N–E–X–T–L  ·  Transformation delivers the full Next Level Framework™

Partnership Options

Three levels of partnership.
One standard of rigor.

Each engagement is prepared for district office review and scoped to the level of support a school is ready to carry. Every level includes an initial assessment, a written improvement plan, four hours of customized professional development, and follow-up. Submit an inquiry or schedule a call, and we’ll prepare a proposal scoped to your school.

About the Founder

Nearly 20 years inside Arkansas schools — on every side of the work

Dr. Zondria Campbell brings nearly two decades of Arkansas K–12 experience, including service as a teacher, school counselor, assistant principal, principal, Director of Schools, and district-level leader.

Her experience includes leading and supporting school-improvement efforts that resulted in improved school performance, along with increased and maintained school letter grades. She has coached principals and teachers, and helped schools strengthen instructional systems and improve academic performance.

“What sets Next Level apart is our hands-on approach rather than a one-size-fits-all professional development plan. It’s a commitment to building systems that work.”

That means partnering with staff to ensure a shared understanding of what drives student success — and coaching leaders through the actual process of implementing the system, not just receiving it.

Questions From District Offices

What principals and superintendents ask first

A stand-alone session is selected before anyone has reviewed your data. A Next Level partnership begins with a comprehensive assessment of your instructional systems and student performance, builds the professional learning from what that assessment found, and then returns to examine whether it reached the classroom. The cycle of assessment, support, and follow-up is what produces measurable results — and it is why this approach yields a higher performance trend than a one-time session.

Foundation fits a school that needs priorities named, a plan built, and early implementation examined before testing. Accelerator fits a school ready to strengthen instructional systems and build teacher capacity across five visits. Transformation fits a school committed to significant, sustained improvement across the full year, with ongoing coaching and a sustainability plan. If you are unsure, start with a consultation — the right level usually becomes obvious once we look at your current reality together.

Every partnership is scoped to the school’s needs, the level of support, and the visit calendar. Submit an inquiry or schedule a Google Meet call, and we’ll follow up with a proposal prepared for district office review.

Your data does — and so do you. The customized 4-hour PD session is designed around the 2–3 (or 3–4) improvement priorities identified during the initial assessment, and it also incorporates the areas of emphasis the principal specifically requests. It is never pulled off a shelf.

Visits are scheduled across the academic year — Foundation in October, January, and early March; Accelerator monthly from October through March; Transformation across five phases from September through May. On-site days are built around instructional walkthroughs, leadership consultation, and data review, so most of the work happens alongside the school day rather than in place of it.

Every partnership is prepared for district office review, and every visit produces a written deliverable — improvement plans, leadership action plans and monitoring calendars, professional learning toolkits, instructional findings summaries, and impact reports. You finish the engagement with an evidence trail, not an impression.

Submit an inquiry using the form below and we’ll reach out, or schedule a 30-minute Google Meet call directly on Dr. Campbell’s calendar. You can also call 501.772.5325. We’ll discuss your school’s identified needs, review which partnership level fits, and confirm the visit calendar for the year.
